Silicone Wristband are full of color and kindness

I think these silicone wristband is a great idea! Read all about it and spread the word.

Cool to be Kind was started by Anthony Head and Sarah Fisher. Assisted by Carolyn Menteith and Marie Miller they wanted to promote, encourage and acknowledge acts of kindness to animals.

Cool to be Kind was launched on January 1st 2014 for the sole purpose of promoting the message that it is Cool to be Kind to animals.

You can follow the project on FB or Twitter and invite your friends to do the same.

Silicone Wristband are full of color and kindness. Money is always tight in the world of animal welfare and rescue. These wristbands are here to help you raise money for the charities that you support. This way organisations don't need to invest money on merchandise in order to raise money. Every single wristband sold enables the project to donate approximately 8 free wristbands to help raise money for animals in need. They cover postage to the organisations too, so the number of free wristbands generated from each sale will vary depending on the location of the charity that receives the donated wristbands.

If you support a particular charity, you can buy the wristbands at a discounted fundraisers price by purchasing packs of 20 wristbands. You can then sell them at events, or to your friends, at the retail cost and donate the profit to an organisation of your choice.

Charities can purchase the wristbands from the proejct at cost price. If you are a registered charity or non-profit organisation, please email the Tilley Farm office for further information.

The wristbands are debossed with the wording COOL TO BE KIND and four animal footprints. The footprints are of a horse/donkey, a deer (to represent wildlife), a dog, and a cat. Small hearts make up a part of each footprint. The bands do not carry any other marketing information, which means anyone can sell these wristbands without promoting anything other than the simple message, it's Cool to Be Kind.

John Lennon on happiness

“When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.” John Lennon

Let's have an Halloween Party!

When I first started to read about it and Halloween party themes - haunted theme, ghostly theme, horror, pumpkin, graveyard!! - it all seemed a bit crazy and silly. Then I read about the meaning of Halloween. I found it less crazy, even interesting. Now I see that this holiday is an occasion for people to get together and have fun, both kids and adults. We can't be serious all the time!

Bellow you can find my Halloween Party Invitations from Zazzle. They are inspired by Trick or Treat tradition.Trick-or-treating is an activity for children and one of the main traditions of Halloween. In my invitations children are wearing costumes - you will find a  mummie, a witch, a skeleton, a wearwolf, a walking-dead boy, lady death itself, a ghost, mr. pumpkin head, frankenstein, dracula and a red devil. And their pet friends, owls, cats, dogs and bats, came along also for the party! I hope you like it. They are availabe for purchase at Zazzle.

And I picked these Halloween projects for you too. Have a look! Happy crafting and decorating... and boo!
